Services We provide residential and commercial junk removal services throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and onsite evaluation. We reserve the right to refuse service for safety concerns or prohibited materials. Pricing & Payment Estimates are based on the information provided and may change based on actual volume, weight, labor, accessibility, or disposal fees. Final pricing will be confirmed onsite before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We process payments securely through Jobber Payments, and transactions are encrypted using industry-standard security measures. Cancellations Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by contacting us. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee. Prohibited Items We do not remove hazardous, toxic, or regulated materials, including chemicals, biohazard waste, flammable substances, or items restricted under Georgia law. Liability We take reasonable care during removal services; however, Junk Genius, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing property damage or minor incidental contact that may occur during service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided. SMS Communications We use Jobber CRM and AI Receptionist services to communicate via text message. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive service-related and occasional promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
